Blue Ribbon Commission to Reduce

Racial Employment Disparities in Ramsey County

Upon request of the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners and Saint Paul City Council, the Ramsey County Workforce Investment Board led a Blue Ribbon Commission to study racial disparities in employment in Ramsey County. 

Funding for the Blue Ribbon Commission was provided by the F.R. Bigelow Foundation, Greater Twin Cities United Way and the Saint Paul Foundation.
